Professional Pilot Program
Your first job will be in a Robinson, so why train in anything else?
Most civilian pilots will start their careers in a Robinson R-22 or R-44. So why train in anything but a Robinson? When you finish your ratings at Boston Helicopters you will have time in the R-22 and R-44. The R-22 is used by more schools than any other helicopter. Your chances of finding a job are increased.
Getting your ratings at Boston Helicopters allows you to progress from zero time to commercial/CFI. Flight training coupled with comprehensive ground school taught by experienced pilots assists the progression from zero time, often called ab initio training.
We can help you attain your goals of flying helicopters as a career. Stop by our school and ask our students!
Our Professional Pilot Package
Before investing a great deal of money in a helicopter school, ask how many of their flight instructors were trained at that school. One of the biggest factors when choosing a professional pilot program should be your chances of getting hired at that school. You should be a priority when the school hires instructors. We try to hire our own graduates before all others. Our staff includes instructors which were trained by our other instructors. We are a tight knit group of instructors here at Boston Helicopters.
